Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped Monday – Satday from our warehouse. Orders placed Satday-Sunday will ship out Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. Orders are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days. If items in your order are out of stock or delayed for shipping we will notify you by e-mail.

Order Status

To check on the status of your order, email service@canovaniajewelry.com.Please include your order number, it will be given to you upon completion of successful payment. A courier number will be given to you via email once your order ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status and location of your package.

Lost Packages

Under all circumstances, the carrier is responsible for all mail pieces that undergo delivery services.
